A monthly interest free payment plan utilizing automatic bank or credit card drafts. Option 2.) Discount for pre-payment in full. Option 3.) Third party financing requiring no down payment. Our staff will gladly file for insurance and flexible spending accounts. For your convenience we except Visa, MasterCard and Discover.
Insurance
We ask that you provide your insurance information when you call to set up your initial exam. This will enable us to call ahead of your scheduled appointment to obtain estimation of benefits. We also ask that you bring your card with you the day of you consultation.
