Office Contests
At the end of each month we will draw a winner for good oral hygiene. At each visit to our office, we will rate your toothbrushing on a scale of 1-5. If you score a 4 or 5, you will be given a ticket to enter into that months drawing. Write your first and last name on the ticket and give to the front desk when scheduling your next appointment.
We often have additional office games and contests for our patients and family of patients to participate in.
